General Terms & Eligibility

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Takbeat and its members. By creating an account, using the platform, or accessing any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Takbeat may temporarily suspend it pending investigation.

Betting Rules

Placing bets on Takbeat requires adherence to certain fundamental rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

• Once a bet is accepted, a confirmation will be shown on the bet slip.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Takbeat. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.

Responsible Gaming Policy

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account.

Account Closure & Suspension

If an account is permanently closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
